Cancellation Charges for workshops
All workshops will be charged a booking charge of £100 to secure your date.
Most of the time these bookings go ahead without a problem, however in the event you need to cancel your workshop booking a sliding scale of charges will be made:
- up to 31 days before - no charge
- 16-31days - 50% of booking charge will be retained
- 8-15 days - 75% of booking charge will be retained
- Less than 8 days 100% of booking charge will be retained
Please note that if I am able to rebook your date I will be happy to give your deposit back, but this cannot be guaranteed.
In the most unlikely event that I have to cancel your workshop you will receive your £100 deposit charge back and I will do my best to fit you in for another workshop and arrange a date that is mutually convenient.
If a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances it will be rescheduled as soon as circumstances change and the workshop is possible.
You will receive a refund of the remaining wedding ring workshop fee unless precious metals have already been ordered for you. If your precious materials have already been ordered these can be used on a different date as long as we can agree a mutually convenient date, or as a last resort you will be sent your precious metals by special delivery.
Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any additional charges you may incur if I have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
Wedding Ring Workshop Casting When you place an order for a wedding ring or rings to be cast you will be sent an estimate of the cost. Please note that if you commit to g ahead and ordering using the estimate as a guide you will need to send your payment for the actual cost price at the time of casting. This can fluctuate because metal prices are linked to the stock market. When you receive notification of the cost of your casting cost you need to pay it when it is received otherwise this may cause delays with your precious metal casting.
